I am a lifelong sports lover and follower of Jesus. 

OneWay was created to help girls have a place to play volleyball and be able to fellowship together with their love of Jesus Christ.

My name is Matt Medina and I bring three years of volleyball coaching experience from Highland Park.  For me, volleyball is about more than wins and losses.  My goal is to develop confident leader, supportive teammates and young people who carry the lessons learned on the court into every area of their lives.  I am excited to help each  athlete grow, complete and discover what they are capable of accomplishing together.  

Favorite Bible Verse - Isaiah 6:8 (NIV) "Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, 'Whom shall I send?  And who will go for us?' And I said 'Here am I.  Send me1"

Jaime is a dedicated volleyball coach with years of experience coaching at both the middle and high school level.

With a strong passion for helping young athletes grow, I believe in fostering teamwork, discipline, and leadership both on and off the court.
When I’m not coaching, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful family, traveling, and baking.

I am passionate about the role youth sports play in shaping a young person’s future. As a coach I not only teach skills but also instill the values of perseverance, teamwork, and self-discipline values that extend far beyond the game.
Whether coaching on the court or supporting students as a school counselor, I am committed to helping every young person reach their full potential and succeed in both sports and life.
